James E. Daughrity, SIOR

We want to thank the good people over at ‘On The Block’ and WCIU-TV / CW 26 Chicago for doing the segment on Policy Kings LLC, the Social Impact Real Estate development company that Corey and I founded. ⁣⁣(Link to entire segment in bio)
⁣⁣
What separates us from other real estate developers is that as a social impact real estate investor, we seek to generate a financial return on our investment while also creating positive social and environmental impact in the communities that we love. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Policy Kings, LLC focuses on creating opportunities for under-served communities and promoting green-sustainable development. The specific approach focuses on quality “Food, Clothing and Shelter,” which is everything a community needs to thrive.⁣⁣
