I absolutely love sewing dresses. So glad I am able to step out of my comfort zone and sew for a few local clients this year. This one is for the books!!!! One of my best made garment to date and it fits her like a glove. I am now ready to add buttons after her final fitting.

Perfect dress for Easter Sunday and for the perfect client too!!! She loves ANKARA just like I do.

من برای این غذا از زعفران آل احمد که هم از سرگل زعفران و هم‌ از پودر زعفران که خیلی اقتصادیه استفاده کردم‌ عطر و رنگش بی نظیره 👇

یک عدد سینه کامل رو نواری برش زدم(نه زیاد نازک باشه نه ضخیم طبق تصویر باشه)
با زعفران فراوان،نمک،فلفل سیاه و قرمز و‌ پولبیبر، بعد یک عدد پیاز،فلفل دلمه و آبلیموی تازه مزه دار کردم بمدت شش ساعت بزارید داخل یخچال تا استراحت کنه بعد با هر وسیله ای که دارین بکوبید تا نازکتر بشه
برای گوشت ۴۰۰ گرم گوشت و با یک عدد پیاز ،کمی دنبه،نمک،زردچوبه،فلفل قرمز و دو ق غ پودر سوخاری میکس و‌یکدست کنید بعد با دست گرد کنید مرغ و دورش بپیچید و سه تا سه تا به سیخ بکشید داخل تابه مرغا رو بچینید روش زعفران بریزید بزارید روی حرارت کم بمدت نیم ساعت تا چهل دقیقه تا بپزه و برگردونید تا دو طرف سرخ بشن .
