Hi there! I’m Gina, the person behind Fabric and Reason. Instead of the usual Friday Five, I’m doing a Five Facts edition to say hello to all of my new followers.

1. I started Fabric and Reason in 2021 after leaving the practice of law to be a stay at home mom.

2. I love to read! I rotate between thrillers, lighthearted fiction, fantasy, and business/productivity books. Any other Fourth Wing fans looking forward to the new release in January?

3. I designed my first quilt pattern this year! Logo Stars will release in January.

4. Reality TV is my favorite form of mindless entertainment.

5. My first quilts were made using a paper square template, a pencil, and scissors. I sewed the top to the back and batting right sides together, turned it right side out, closed the opening, and never actually “quilted” them. Beginners are more than welcome here!
