I’m so excited to welcome you to @yourphysioskylar, where I’ll be sharing about my practice in pelvic health (& maybe a bit of vestibular rehab 😁).

Here’s a little about me:
- I work in-person at @forestwellnesskelowna and @karephysio in Kelowna, BC.
- I’m also a co-owner of @remoterehabphysio , offering virtual sessions for patients across BC
- I spend my free time at spin, pilates and crafting (mostly crochet or knitting)
- I love to coach and get youth involved in organized sport
-I’m a big time OG Swiftie
