Known for its rich food scene, Puglia is home to delicious olive oil, burrata, orecchiette pasta, wine and more. We are lucky to have the opportunity to learn from @chefbroth of @tonino_jp for the entire week and he will tie it all together with a hands-on cooking class showcasing local flavors. We will also explore Puglia’s history with visits to Castel del Monte, Lecce’s Baroque architecture, and Matera’s ancient cave dwellings.
