Zero lines, zero egos - on a Saturday in what should be high season. This is what you get for skiing smaller, non-Ikon or Epic Pass resorts, and @skipowderhorn at the edge of the Grand Mesa in western Colorado is one of the most scenic. Like the Grand Canyon but no tour bus groups, and you can ski it!

My parents live in the little town of Cedaredge on the other side of the Grand Mesa and Powderhorn is where my sons and my husband learned to ski! It’s a great little resort with fewer people on the slopes ☺️
