My first Men’s Physique competition is in the books. I competed in three separate classes:
🔱 Debut: 🥇
🔱 Novice:🥈
🔱 Open: 🥇
My official prep block was 16 weeks, but in reality what you see is the culmination of 7 years of consistent training and dieting, with thousands of hours in the kitchen and the weight room. There are not many things that you can control in life, but you can control the way you treat and fuel your body. On my 25th birthday I set a few lofty fitness goals for myself, one of which was to step on stage. It wasn’t easy and there were many times that I questioned myself and doubted my abilities, making my success in the competition that much sweeter. One thing that bodybuilding has taught me is that repetition, consistency, and a clear vision are essential for reaching your goals and excelling in any area of your life. Not pictured are the early mornings and everything else unglamorous.
