World Butchers Challenge 2025-Paris

We did it!! I’m so proud of my team for the display we put up, and the team work we had in all that chaos. Our communication was strong and everyone stepped up to help each other out. It was down to the wire…we got the backdrop up at 1 minute left!

All the way home I was reflecting on what an incredible experience this was. Especially for my first time competing. I’m proud of myself for stepping into the arena and staying composed under the roar of the crowd. We had a plan, but competitions always bring unexpected curveballs. Being flexible and able to pivot was key. There’s things I could’ve done better, but now I have a concrete list of things to work on.

It was so thrilling to cut under pressure. I’d definitely compete again. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to do this with! Team USA @butchersofamerica 🇺🇸
