Grateful to be surrounded by such great communities where I live. From the outside, things can look a certain way but when you actually lean in, you realise how much support, joy, and wisdom people are willing to share.

Life’s been going fast lately, but the best way I’ve found to slow it down is through new experiences.

This morning: sunrise @rawdawgclub (rare when I’m usually working so early), coffee with the girls, and a VRTUS Fridays @vrtusbondi session all before 11am.
