It is possible to do catering when you are out of town. I cook with TX Brisket Rub, cut with the Bubba, Bag and tag the CAB brisket then super save it with strained brisket au jus. Use a sous vide like Anova or boiling water to reheat... just like new. I feel sonetimes brisket tastes better the second day. Actually also the best way to reheat bbq in my opinion as well.

Do you use a super saver to reheat BBQ?

Been reheating with the boiled water and vacuum sealed bag thing for a decade now. No better way IMO!

Thanks to your advice years ago before our first kid’s grad party, I always smoke ahead of time then vacuum seal and sous vide at 180F. I agree, it gets even more tender the second time being heated in its own juice / no air or evaporation! Thanks brother!🙌🔥👏😍

Boiling water to reheat vacuum sealed food is always so good!
