I’m in #Elio!!! But it almost didn’t happen! A TREE LIMB FELL ON MY WIFE’S CAR THE MORNING OF MY SESSION, trapping both of our cars in the driveway. It was my first time working with @terri_douglas_adr who does the 👏 coolest 👏 stuff 👏 and I couldn’t even get out of my driveway?! Naturally, I immediately assumed my career was over. I looked up to see my neighbor’s gardeners across the street. “DO YOU HAVE A CHAINSAW?!” I yelled, too loudly. “What??” They responded, understandably confused. One teeny tiny chainsaw, two very hardworking men and 45 minutes later, the car was free and I was on my way — exceptionally late — to my first ever #Pixar session.

My mind is blown that I’M IN A PIXAR FILM (⁉️🤯) and my heart is full because I got to see it with my kids! I still lie to them and say I’m an engineer because I want them to get real jobs (never too young, apply now) but it’s not lost on me just how fortunate I am, getting to do what I love for a living with awesome people on awesome projects — like this one! Elio is SO GOOD. Fun, charming and heartfelt with an excellent message for kids of all ages. Go see it!! Just watch out for trees 🌲😱👽
