It's been forever since i made friends in a social event outside of work. Going on a dinner put together by Timeleft was an interesting experience, and i'd love to do it again!
Having the location sent to me only the day before made it a lil but of a fun game haha, it's not unlike the fun from surprises you get from an escape room experience, idk how to describe it. My group only had 4 pax, and 1 left early, but we vibed well and had a great chat!

[Gelatin mixture]
-Combine 1/4 cup beef gelatin& 1/2 cup water
[Maple syrup mixture]
- Combine 1 cup maple syrup (honey is ok too), 1/2 cup water and 2 tsp vanilla paste.
Bring to a boil and keep stirring for 8min
- combine Gelatin mixture and syrup mixture.
- whisk it for 8-10min until it gets fluffy.
-for strawberry marshmallow, combine freeze dried strawberry powder (about 1cup) to a mixture, and combine until mixed
