We're delighted to share our recently completed collab with @bgy_id! The @thisisstorey fit-out for @britishlandplc, situated on the 10th floor of the iconic Broadgate Tower.
The scheme comprises six individual private lettable office spaces and a centralised shared amenity space, offering panoramic views across London's spectacular skyline. This thoughtfully designed environment caters perfectly to small businesses seeking their first dedicated workspace beyond co-working environments.
Sustainability sits at the heart of this project, with a carefully curated palette of natural, recycled and recyclable materials. From acoustic panels crafted from 60% recycled plastic bottles to carbon-negative cork flooring and clay plaster containing 72-75% recycled content, every element has been meticulously selected to minimise environmental impact while creating a sophisticated aesthetic. Integrated biophilia further enhances the calm, inviting atmosphere throughout.
Our close collaboration with British Land allowed us to develop a workplace strategy that directly addresses previous challenges while maximising letting flexibility – delivering a solution that's both commercially astute and exceptionally well-designed.
The completed project provides a refined, plug-and-play environment for emerging businesses in one of London's most prestigious locations, reinforcing Storey's position at the forefront of the flexible workspace sector.
