El-Sabban Wines

Yesterday was a fantastic day at the winery. It took some time to secure, but I finally managed to land some stunning berries (big shoutout to @merselwine and @dar.richi for hooking it UP). The Merwah came all the way from Dimane, a village up north that sits about 1,500 meters above sea level.

I’m still undecided, but the Merwah will likely be stepping in for the Viognier in either MAJD or KASHF. For now, I’m leaving the final word to the tanks… we’ll see what they reveal over the next few days.
