Here’s one of my favorite sandwiches I grew up eating on a weekly basis - turned into a sausage. The North Shore Beef Sausage. 100% brisket trimmings, fine ground to give that roast beef mouth feel. Roast beef spice. American cheese. Bbq sauce. Mayo. Caramelized onions. Sliced and served on a sesame seed bun with even more bbq and mayo.

I ate this thing at 8am in like a minute flat. It’s ridiculous.
