SOOOO I DID A THING…… POWERLIFITNG MEET DEBUT 🎸❤️🔥‼️ FALL FEST 2025:
ok in all seriousness disclaimer a bit of a deep caption incoming:
a bittersweet performance overall , not satisfied at all with missing my third attempts, but i’m not going to dwell too much on something i can’t change now. if anything this has lit a fire in me and im hungry for more.
i started this prep mid summer and oh my gosh did the next few months take a turn of SO MUCH change. my work life, college life, academics, training goals, and just my personal life in general. i would be lying in saying that ANY part of this prep was easy. i started out 6 lbs below my intended weight class and not sure if i was able to pull any numbers i used to be able to. it felt like i was fighting an internal battle with my mind and there was no way to win. i could go on and on about the amount of times i just wanted to collapse and cry out of frustration.
if there’s anything this prep has reinforced for me is that no matter what gets thrown your way… …obstacles, inconveniences, lack of motivation, missed lifts, low self esteem, distractions, THOSE DO NOT DEFINE YOU. HOW YOU react and decide to move forward with the situation DEFINES WHO YOU ARE and what builds your character, backbone, and RESILIENCE.
HUGE SHOUTOUTS to thank everyone who believes in me and kept me grounded in my hardest moments @ashleysgainz @spencer_powerlifts__ @eleanorkaley @superemmra thank yall i mean it.

S (2/3): 97.5, 102.5, 107.5 kg
B (2/3): 60, 62.5, 65 kg
D (2/3): 115, 122.5, 132.5 kg
placing: 1st 🥇 in 65kg junior
i’m not entirely sure what the future of powerlifting looks like for me, but one thing im damn sure about is that the next time i step on the platform, im bringing a package that’s undeniable.
