Firstly I would like to say Thank you BNBF for hosting my favourite and best BNBF event. The staff, competitiors, the people and of course the crowd. They made the BNBF event one of the best so big thanks to everyone.
A big thanks to these competitiors too you have made my day out there. @jd_classicphysique @cristiano.hawkins @stickingsanthony @cj.fit.96 @the_scene_with_shelley @jack_munt05 @scottjezzard @sheasmith___ @android.halliday @s.h.i.e.l.d.s.y_09. And the rest of the competitors too.
A big thanks to @karlmorris_photography and @david__gillan for being the best photographer and camera man for videos. And thanks to @vicky_dfacpro for hosting my favourite BNBF event thank you's guys I wish you's all the best.
Lastly I'm a world record breaker still buzzing with that record 2nd lightest bodybuilder at 58.4kg height 5ft 7. And picking a 3rd place trophy too which the main goal was to bring back a trophy higher than 5th place. Which I placed last time in the British in 2010. It's all about making history and a name for yourself. The best BNBF and bodybuilding run so far. My job is to help and motivate people on goals, records and self satisfaction. Welcome to the Michael Rodger Foundation.

![@variety exclusively reveals that Oscar-winning soundtrack composer Hildur Guðnadóttir will also be scoring "The Bell Jar" starring Billie! 👀
She adds:
"[Working with a fellow Oscar-winning musician like Eilish] makes a huge difference [...] You know she understands the process that goes into writing music, so what you write can really resonate with her. [...] For me, the core of Plath’s writing is that she’s searching for identity. She keeps asking, ‘Who am I?’ and then uses her writing to understand that. Billie, Sarah and I have been exploring how we hear that, how to translate it into music [...] It’s one of the most exciting projects I’ve ever done.”
