Our latest Basekamp brought together new team members from across the country for a week of connection, learning, and growth.
We kicked things off with hands-on training for our new Superintendents, focusing on Brinkmann-specific roles, responsibilities, and best practices. Then, our executive leaders shared stories of our 40-year legacy, the power of employee ownership, and the culture that makes Brinkmann unique.
The week wrapped up with a dynamic session led by Dale Carnegie of St. Louis (@dalecarnegiemo), where the group sharpened their communication and relationship-building skills, setting the foundation for success.
