My story.
Where I’ve come from, what I’ve walked through and why I’m so bloody passionate about women waking up to themselves.

I’ve spent my whole life feeling like I was “too much”, too emotional, too sensitive, too intense, too deep…

And at the same time swallowing every single thing I felt because I didn’t know how to express it safely.

I grew up strong, capable and good… but disconnected from myself.

I’ve loved.
I’ve lost myself.
I’ve rebuilt myself.
I’ve survived cancer.
I’ve walked away from relationships that broke me.
I’ve raised my boys while healing my body, my heart and my identity.
I’ve held grief, fear, trauma, joy, rebirths and versions of myself I no longer recognise.

And despite everything, I’ve become the woman I am so proud to be today.

A woman who feels deeply.
Who speaks honestly.
Who loves fiercely.
Who believes in self-responsibility, nervous system safety, intimacy, pleasure, connection and unfiltered self-love.

A woman who refuses to abandon herself ever again.
And a woman who is here to help other women do the same.
