Dru Dowis

I’ve been on a journey with this body.
The past few years have taken me deep into my own healing, learning to soften, listen, and return to myself.
Along the way, I discovered how much I love supporting others in their healing too.

Bodywork has become one of the most meaningful parts of my path— holding people in safety and love, guiding them into regulation and ease, and witnessing what begins to blossom when the body finally feels held.
