Buck N Stuff Birthday Alert

10 Years ago today we met in a basement in Inglewood with a dream: no train beats or shuffles!

Today, we are famous in Australia and among our friends in Nashville and maybe 6-7 others.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US

Tresor.West will close at the end of this year. For almost seven years, we have built a community in Dortmund around a shared vision for this space and its sound. First and foremost, it was your support that carried us this far, and for that we thank you. Together we created something rare: a club with its own identity, its own standards for how we treat each other, and a room that talented international, national and local artists were proud to play. We became known for creative concepts that kept our vision alive, and there were moments when the team's hard work and innovation seemed to turn the tide. In the end, our vision for this space could not be sustained. This was always an experiment and it has left something lasting: a remarkable space and a community that knows what it stands for. Unfortunately, continuing in the current form is no longer feasible, but the potential created here is real and we hope to see it carried forward. Before we close this chapter, we celebrate. We invite you to come say goodbye to the venue in its current form with us during the remaining events in October, November and December. More information on those nights and the final closing event will follow soon. Thank you to all dancers, supporters, artists and everyone involved in this project.
as an Italian American, my take on replacing Columbus Day with Indigenous People’s Day. We should never aim to erase one group who faced oppression with another group who faced oppression. Plus, indigenous people deserve their OWN holiday without all of this baggage and merely in retaliation of a historical figure! We should have focused on replacing the name of the holiday, not the group the holiday honors.
17 women were arrested in Lahore in an alleged “honey-trap” operation, according to NCCIA. 👀 The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) alleges that the suspects contacted men online, developed conversations over time, moved some interactions to video calls, and then obtained online gifts or other financial benefits. During the Lahore operation, NCCIA says investigators recovered: 📱 35 mobile phones 💻 2 laptops A case has been registered and the investigation is ongoing. How did the alleged operation reportedly work? Chat → trust → video call → gifts / money ⚠️ Important: These are allegations reported by investigators. No court has found the suspects guilty, and an arrest does not by itself establish guilt. The wider cyber-safety reminder applies across Pakistan: Be cautious when someone you only know online quickly pushes for private video calls, money, gifts or sensitive personal information. 📲 SEND this to your family or friends’ group — someone may genuinely need the warning. Source: NCCIA reporting via Dawn • Checked 9 Oct 2026 Status: Allegations remain under investigation. Visual: Illustrative / AI-generated. Eminem’s first new rap verse of 2026 and it’s on a song with Madara’s english voice actor from Naruto 😭 How’d he do?! ⤵️ Song: MADARA - EZ Mil & Eminem (feat. Neil Kaplan & Hideyoshi) EZ Mil and Eminem just linked back up for “MADARA,” which marks Eminem’s first new rap verse of 2026. This is their third collaboration following “Realest” in 2023 and “Head Honcho” from Eminem’s 2024 album The De-th of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce). Eminem has a co-production credit on the new song as well. The song is named after Madara Uchiha, one of the main villains in Naruto, an anime EZ Mil grew up watching. They actually brought in Neil Kaplan, the English voice actor behind Madara Uchiha, for a spoken appearance right before Eminem’s verse. Japanese rapper Hideyoshi is featured on the song as well, with EZ Mil switching between English and Japanese and joining him on the hook. Eminem’s verse is packed with wordplay, anime references, and double entendres while referencing Kanye West as well. The verse blends his older Slim Shady delivery with rapid-fire flows and references to everything from Christopher Reeve to Steven Spielberg and Henry Ford.
