Wow so that just happened!
Just competed at my first masquerade at ALA 2026 and what a moment to remember. This was such a fun experience. This whole weekend felt surreal.
After months of work, it really paid off. Getting Best Novice has been such an honor, and this experience has really made me want to compete in the future!
When I received the email that I got into ALA I literally jumped out of bed, and was so excited! I'm glad I was able to bring Enjin to life and hopefully make some people smile and laugh with my skit.
It was also awesome meeting so many crafting cosplayers and seeing everyone's insane builds and cool performances! I hope to see everyone in the future, hopefully next year or at other comps!
Thank you
@rennacosplay , Katrina and all the ALA staff for organizing this event and treating us so well. As well as the amazing judges (
@kirileecosplay ,
@hokuprops and
@yayahan ) for judging everyone and giving us feedback. I really appreciate the time and effort that everyone has put in this event may it be the competitor's, staff, and jduges. ALA never ceases to amaze me!
