I have several classes scheduled for 2026, here are images of the projects I’ll be teaching and a bit of info about how and when to sign up for each of them.
First 2 images are a scallomed oval shopper and Joyce Country skib that I’ll be teaching at the Northwest Basketweaver’s Guild Spring retreat May 13-17. Registration opens at noon on January 26 and is on-line only. The brochure with full info is available now at https://www.nwbasketweavers.org/retreat-2026/
Classes in willow and with feature teacher April Stone will fill very quickly.
Images 3 and 4 are the projects I’ll be teaching at Willow Fest Northwest 2026. This will be at Reed College in Portland OR, July 22-26. I am one of 5 instructors, students will sign up to spend 4 days with one instructor. Full info will be posted at https://www.basketryguild.org/what-we-do#/willow-fest-northwest soon. Registration will open on April 19th at noon and is anticipated to fill very quickly.
Images 5 and 6 are the classes I’ll be teaching at North House Folk School as part of Basket Week October 6 thru 13. Full info will be posted soon and registration will open later in February. https://northhouse.org/
I will also be teaching at BARN August 21-23, https://bainbridgebarn.org/about/ class ideas still in the works, so stay tuned for more info about that class and maybe others to come.
