I have an idea where there's a villain mc who's aro/ace, but they're not all sad and ashamed about it. actually, they think they're better than everyone else because they're aspec and that they are not tied down by a love life

Yesss my book has a villain couple and everyone hates them but they love each other and it’s such an interesting dynamic, “Love isn’t always kind. Sometimes, it’s possession and fear and frantic attachment.”

One of the protagonists of my story is a farmer-turned-chosen one. He’s overprotective and hesitant to accept help from his friends when they join him to keep him from putting himself in danger. When he’s put in captivity in this huge building and recognizes that they were right - again - one of the first things he does is plant flowers when he finds a garden. He just needs that kind of outlet
