75 of artistic history culminated in an incredible evening at @themerode.brussels , and I was honored to take the podium as the charity auctioneer for the inaugural @belgianartprize fundraising gala! 🔨✨
I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Belgian Art Prize for their trust in me on such a monumental night. 🙏
The highlight of the evening was the announcement of @rosbiscotti as the Belgian Art Prize 2027 laureate. 🏆 The jury was captivated by her brilliant, research-driven practice, and I am already looking forward to her exhibition at @bozarbrussels in 2027! 🏛️
The depth of talent was so overwhelming that the jury also took the exceptional step of awarding three Special Jury Prizes to @jot.fau , @arianeloze , and @guywouete 🌟 Their group exhibition at the @museedixelles_museumvanelsene in late 2027 is a date that should definitely be in everyone’s calendar! 🗓️
With the rhythmic energy of @jorisvandemoortel ´s performances setting the pace, it was a true celebration of excellence. 🎸💥
The success of the night is a testament to the generosity of our bidders, whose support ensures that contemporary art in Belgium continues to flourish. 🇧🇪🙌
