15gで約1000ドル。ElevenでBeneに美しく淹れていただき、ベルガモットやストーンフルーツ、オレンジのような酸味がとても印象的でした。

Lot of people saying this is pointlessly overpriced but nobody know years and years behind cultivating that exact beans and yields it produce. I think expressive beans like that should exist, like we have bottles of wine that cost fortune we can have coffee in same equivalent since coffee is even more complex than wine and we have so much more to learn and discover what is coffee capable of! Cheers

Of course it’s “Gesha”. I seriously don’t know who overhyped this bean first. They always need to do something to sell overpriced things. No matter how much point it got from someone or how much it was auctioned tor, that’s purely %100 subjective.
