Jo Guile is a multidisciplinary sculptor working with glass to break down and reform light in site-specific and standalone works. Her practice returns to acts of looking where vision slips, stalls or folds in on itself, exploring how we encounter images and colour across physical and digital contexts, creating layered encounters between index and illusion where seeing is neither instantaneous nor fixed.
