As the Trans Amendment Act 2026 is declared to be in force from 25th May 2026, we keep pressing the Opposition-ruled states to make their stand clear.
Requesting all community members, allies, collectives and concerned individuals to join us in demanding that the Opposition act to protect the Constitutional rights of trans, gender diverse and intersex people.
Share, vote, issue statements, ask them how they propose to protect trans+intersex rights, now that the act is supposed to be in force.

The opposition did not let the delimitation bill pass, because at that time it was a matter of their seats. They could’ve also did not let this pass but they didn’t.
