Welcome to my colourful little corner of the internet. 💗
Around here you’ll find:
🐈 Cats
☕ Coffee
🌸 Colour
🦩 Quirky finds
✨ Midlife adventures
💗 Honest conversations
🏡 And a woman learning to take up a little more space in her own life.
This account started as a weight loss journey.
But somewhere along the way it became about so much more than losing weight.
It’s about finding joy in life over 50.
Wearing the bright shoes.
Buying the colourful bag.
Filling my home with things that make me smile.
Navigating perimenopause, confidence, change and all the messy bits in between.
Most of all, it’s about no longer waiting until I’m “perfect” before I let myself enjoy my life.
If that sounds like your kind of place…
Welcome. 💗
