Not in my race plan but it was a pleasant surprise to join this hidden gem 💎 of a race! 🤩
First time racing in 🇮🇩 and really enjoyed the challenge, the view, and the warmth from the people
❄️ Weather was considerably cooling about 15 degrees in the morning but as the sun hits it started to get quite hot but still bearable.
🛣️ Route would say its a good mix of technical during the hikes and runnable at the tea/ cabbage plantation🥬
⛽️ WS the volunteers were rlly helpful and friendly, food wise there were quite a lot of options (noodles, fruits, gels n energy bars) & discovered a new fav isotonic Coconut drink🥥 !!😍 soso good i drank it at almost all stations
📸 Photographers: soo many photographers i literally ran out of poses but the cameras are literally everywhere 🤣
Love the vibes from the runners here 😍 altho i can barely speak bahasa Indonesia 🥲 they’re still so supportive “Semangattt”!! Villagers and the kids coming out to support the runners 🥹
