My dad had a mental breakdown when I was a senior in high school. When I was a freshman in college, he spent a week in a psychiatric hospital. He spent much of his adult life with chronic depression. And he was a son of God. A beloved son of God. He was a pastor. He was an amazing father. When I received his study Bible after he passed four years ago, I opened the inside flap and it said, Depression Stoppers. Lined with scriptures he would read over himself every single day. Comment “depression stoppers” and I’ll DM you the list. 🤎 Calling is not built from your strengths alone. It is built from your wounds. From the things you survived. From the pain you walked through that nobody else could see. Nothing is wasted. Not one generation of it. Not one hard night of it.
The way he speaks about her 🥹 In a interview with NYT, Zohran Mamdani discussed balancing his first year of marriage with his role as New York City mayor, describing his wife, Rama Duwaji, as a source of peace. He also criticized the public scrutiny she faces, saying she should be recognized for her work as an artist beyond being his wife. He added that hearing people praise her art brings him joy. Tummy 👀 like SHRINK WRAP 🔥 Comment APP for my rib cage and balloon exercises to actually FLATTEN your midsection! This is a GOLD ⭐️ Star exercise and so many women have NO idea it even exists! Try this slow rollback with a balloon and tell me your abs aren’t seriously ON FIRE! 🔥 You will feel your abs contract around your midsection like shrink wrap from the BOTTOM UP. Strengthening these built-in CORSET muscles was a HUGE part of how I got my midsection FLAT-FLAT after having a baby, with my rib cage narrowing FOUR bra 🍒 band sizes 👀 Blowing up a balloon HANDS-FREE while engaging your abs and managing intra-abdominal pressure ALONE is a serious SKILL. And it’s one ALL WOMEN should aim to MASTER! Here, I imagine a band is attached to my tailbone, pulling it underneath me, tilting my pelvis under like a wheel as I EXHALE FULLY into the balloon, firing 🔥 up my lower, middle and upper abs! That FULL exhale recruits my intercostal muscles + external obliques to help draw my lower RIBS down and in. Your core is a PRESSURE SYSTEM. We’re working on that beautiful symphony of your diaphragm, abs and pelvic floor to manage pressure together. And the payoff goes beyond just “feeling a burn.” This exercise can help: ✨ Improve that stubborn lower belly pooch ✨ Support diastasis recovery ✨ Reduce leaking and improve pelvic floor function ✨ Improve low back pain #workoutsforwomen #coreexercises #pelvicfloorexercises #ribflare #abexercisesforwomen
