The thing we loved most? The variety. One night it’s steak, another it’s ribs, weekends are all about brisket and pulled pork… and this Sunday they’re throwing in a seafood boil. Why? Because they felt like it. 😂 Want lobster? They’ve got that too.

Behind it all is Grant Neal, aka Hollywood. Dubbed Australia’s BBQ King, he’s a best-selling author, BBQ Pitmaster at Skinnymixers, and has racked up BBQ awards around the world with The Smoking Joint BBQ Team. Safe to say, he knows his way around a smoker.

We kicked the night off with a pickleback shot to get the juices flowing and rolled out with very full, very happy bellies.

That beef rib… wow. 🤤 Not many places do them this well. Did you see those juices?
