With Alaskan crab legs in the photo? Dean surely is the tip of the sword in this effort but until we are even more supportive of our local farmers and fishermen (I.e a baseless moratorium on shellfish leasing) and until we ask for and know what’s local and not, we aren’t there yet. I’ll agree he is leading the effort and is running a restaurant operation we should all be proud of. Let’s support him and his suppliers and let’s get there.
