Fresh on the heels of last week’s International Cheese and Dairy Competition, we’re thrilled to share the news that our Street Ched won Gold in the Extra Mature/Vintage Cheddar category and that our Quark won Bronze in the Soft/Semi-soft category.
We don’t always put extra age on our Street Ched, but this 30 month-aged was a stunner and we’re so proud of it!
The International Cheese and Dairy Awards, held in Staffordshire, England, is the longest-running and largest competition of its kind, drawing thousands of entries from producers around the globe each year.
We’re incredibly honored at the opportunity to compete in this competition and for our cheeses to have done so well. We’re also incredibly grateful to the US Dairy Export Council for assisting us, and other American cheeses, in getting our cheeses overseas for judging and for sponsoring entry fees.
Congratulations to everyone that competed at the ICDA and to everyone that won an award!
