Im stronger and faster at 46 than I was at 36. Consistency makes you a better person. Make some good habits and you have positive changes to benchmark your time.

Happy Birthday, Nicole! 40’s were great for me professionally, but didn’t leave time for a social or personal life, so I would do it differently if I could go back.
