Alfredo Crossman-Chavez Jr

I’m a huge fan of hometown hero’s!

Someone who I have looked up to since I moved to LA was @barack_obutta . He’s been a major presence in his own community making sure whatever he offers its to the people of South Central first.

I also look up to @jazzysworldtv . She is someone who I see myself in! First generation, Panameña , journalist/reporter, and this specific energy that makes everyone want to just smile around her!

At the Panama 🇵🇦 vs England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 game I seen @jazzysworldtv and said I need to get a picture! She was super kind and said “ no problem “ . But I told myself when would this moment happen again? So I asked “ could I interview you? “ she yet again agreed and said “ sure “ .

We spoke about the game, being panameña , and most of all what’s she most prideful about being from Panama 🇵🇦. Thank you for representing our culture and always speaking about being panameña 🇵🇦.

When I tell you I’m a true believer of God and how he works in mysterious ways! This has not only encouraged me but pushed me to start my IG @thejourneyandjersey

Thank you all for viewing! Thank you Jazzy! #Panama #fifaworldcup2026 #journalist #afrolatino #507pty🇵🇦
