Ever since Carter started dancing competitively, I’ve planned my comp fits around his costumes — sometimes a subtle nod, sometimes full-on matching energy. It’s become our thing. He can’t wait to see what I show up in, and he’ll even occasionally collab with me as we dig through my closet together.
