▶️ 3/3 - the cloud was still pretty thick at the tops. We wanted a sunset, but weren’t sure we’d get one. There was a chance that with a break in the cloud towards the west, we might get lucky. However, the only way to get a view to the west was to make it to the summit, so we made the call to go again.

It was raw, windy as ever and wild up there, but we were optimistic it might clear enough. We made the call to wait. Glad we did. It was stunning. As soon as it faded, it was another scree run down in the dark - a very typical end to a shoot day like this.

Extra shout to @katecardie who made it to the summit, and also didn’t get blown away by the 100km/h + gusts we found when we got there!
