Still riding high from the EPIC VEG book launch at @prestonmarketau 🥬🥬🥬

A big thank you to everyone who came by, and an even bigger thank you to the team that helped me pull it off. This event was a true display of community in motion, and without the help of my friends and family, we would have been standing in a big empty room, with no food or fun 😂 An extra special thank you must be shouted from the rooftops to the following incredible humans:

🥬 Cass @edward_and.i for the incredible vision and execution when it came to the veggie installation. I mean, wow! I’m never going to get over those cabbages 😍😍😍
🥬 Julian @julianhocking for swooping in and helping us hang everything when I realised the workload exceeded the time frame we had to do it in. The room would have looked so different (shit) if it was me who hung the curtains and veggies 🍄‍🟫🍅
🥬 Dom & Julie @mnmfruit for supplies all that glorious produce, right down to cutting branches off their personal lemon tree so I could have all the lemons I wanted 😍🍋
🥬 Elise @elise_foodperson for being across the food while I was at the other end of the room signing books. There is no one I trust more when it comes to getting my food to the people, in the way I want it delivered 😜
🥬 My mum, who flew over from NZ to be there for the day, and who got up at 6am to made 120 Leek and Corn pies for me to serve my guests (and also made a second batch of brinjal pickle when I left the first batch on the stove during bedtime, and burnt it) 🍆🍆🍆
🥬 My printers @littleprint who printed the incredible giant veggies that @echibaa illustrated for the book, at very short notice, and at very good quality. My go-to printers for everything, forever and always amen 🙏🏼
🥬 My husband, Andy, for holding down the fort at home and for doing a bazillion car trips from our home, to the market, and back again 💘
🥬 The legends at @sungoldmilk for letting me borrow their crates for the cabbage installation 🧡
🥬 @remedydrinks for keeping us all hydrated
