We frequently plan our long weekends in great food cities. Charleston, SC (“CHS”) is definitely that. CHS has a diverse food scene. But because we have so few great Low Country, Soul Food and Southern Restaurants in New England, I wanted to hit those cuisines hard while we were in CHS.
