Ten minutes to dessert heaven!
Warm, jaggery-glazed plantains meet a cloud of cold, fluffy cream. It’s sweet, warm, crisp, and the ultimate way to satisfy your cravings.
My simple weekend routine:
Thinly slice 1 ripe plantain
Pan-roast in ghee until golden-brown
Caramelize with 1 tablespoon of jaggery or brown sugar
Layer over cool whip, top with toasted almond flakes, and drizzle with honey!
It’s simple, delicious, and so much lighter than store-bought treats.
The full recipe is in the caption below—save it to try tonight!
