Prince Edward Island is the home of Anne of Green Gables! Written by Lucy Maud Montgomery in 1908 this is a beloved book that so many have enjoyed. Today you can visit the Green Gables Heritage Place to see the farm that inspired the book.
I'm still reading the book - but it was so fun to put myself in Anneโs shoes today as we explored. We went to the Anne of Green Gables Musical in Charlottetown which was wonderful!
I drank a Raspberry Cordial while walking around the farm and loved feeling immersed in her world and Avonlea. It was cool to learn about Lucy Maud Montgomery's life too!

My husband's farm is basically in the exact location of the farm in The Four Winds.
