Behind every meal you eat is a farmer trying to make impossible economics work…
Fuel, fertiliser, seed and transport - all input costs keep climbing making it increasingly difficult for farmers to produce and for consumers to purchase fresh food. The sector is concurrently fighting against the processed and convenience food category, where the cost per calorie is cheap, but the cost to your health isn’t.
This has made it a challenging winter season so far. But we continue exploring and implementing regenerative farming practices, improving efficiency, embracing innovation and questioning everything we do 🥦🚜📈🫛
