the reading room is now open for submissions 📖

we’re opening up the haus for queer writers with new plays!

hear your play read out loud by actors 👥 (think: microdosing the experience of a show without the stakes of a full-fledged production)

send us:
* new, original, previously unproduced plays in hindi/english
* full length plays (max 90 min) OR works-in-progress (min 40 mins)
* some information about yourself (name, contact details, location, a short bio)

(note: as of right now, the readings will be held in-person in mumbai. you’re welcome to send in plays from other cities, but only if you can also be available for the offline reading in mumbai.)

it doesn’t matter if it’s your 1st play or your 40th: if you’re queer and have pages that need a stage, this is a room for you!
