So many different things can be true at one time.

You could’ve grown up with labels that haunted you for most of your life only to realize those labels were the stepping stones you needed to find your true authentic self.

Your heart can break from grief and then come back to life and fall in love with the work you started 31 years ago just by speaking a little bit more truth to thousands of girls who need to hear it.

You can find joy, sisterhood, and support from a community of strangers, who soon become friends. Reminding you of the whimsy of girlhood and how it is a season to be celebrated.

In a difficult business climate, you can find the exact right partner who reminds you that your mission in this life is bigger than you thought.

You could doubt your ability as a leader and then discover that you love to lead when you’ve got the right people around you, this makes all the difference.

And decades later, you might find a random stranger at a party, who once performed in the plays that you wrote in college and be reminded of how many lives you’ve lived and how much you long to create like that again.

This is a love letter to our new partners @girlscouts and to all the girls and women who’ve been told they were too much and not enough.
