Lunchbox freezer stash, volume 3🌮🌮🌮
Flautas, rolled tacos, whatever you want to call these — they’re a family favorite around here, so they’ve become one of those dinners I always make extra of to freeze for lunches.
Thin layer of refried beans, taco meat + cheese, rolled up and pan-fried. Cut in half, freeze, then straight into the lunchbox from the freezer. They thaw nicely by lunchtime (about 3–4 hours for us).
