My reading goal of leaning into fun has meant I'm still reading heaps and heaps more than normal. These collages have been really nice to make too and I've enjoyed seeing what common themes I choose to document in different books (it's usually people caring for each other and uncertainty, which are very me themes tbh)

Javits moved to New York just a year ago, with his father hoping to give him a better future. On Thursday, he was fatally sh*t on his way to school in the Bronx. His father says two students had recently been suspended after bullying his son. He believes the sh*oting may be connected, but police have not confirmed that link. To lose your child is heartbreaking enough. To see him running scared in his final moments is a pain no parent should ever have to carry. Javits deserved to make it to school.
