But, in all honesty, I’m immensely grateful for every person that showed up for me in the way they could during this training block, especially leading up to the final weeks. To every person that checked in, sent a text message, sent a voice note, sent a DM, held me accountable through presence, showed up for me when their training block was over, blessed me with self care essentials, bring virtual pit crew 💗. etc …. Thank you for showing up for lil ole me-when it was my turn.

Berlin was hard..like HAD HANDS 🥊🥊pre-race injury crept in like “Fake Fall in DC 🫠🤣”… but if nothing else, this body held on long enough for me to cross the finish line for the #BerlinMarathon standing upright (Iykyk) and having enough energy to party with my freeennss afterwards.

I don’t take movement for granted… so to be able to CROSS THE FINISH LINE FOR MY 4th World Major Marathon in the 1st quarter of 40 is AWESOME 🌎 ⭐️🏅. The View from the 40th floor continues to amaze me.🥹

Yesterday we became a BERLIN LEGEND, but I walked in this muthafucka claiming BERLIN BADDIE 💯😊😏! Bc IM LEAVING HERE WITH SOMETHING.
