The viral Paccheri da Vittorio, From Bergamo, the north of Italy, is truly everything it’s cracked up to be. The combination of the different species of tomato, finished with butter and grana truly renders it into a smoothly decadent and rich sugo.

It is honestly incredibly easy to make - the trickiest part is finding oxheart tomatoes but these can be substituted with another “meaty” tomato like an heirloom with is readily available at most supermarkets.

#NEWS - #BankOfAmerica was hit with more than $1.2 billion in federal penalties Tuesday after regulators said it failed for years to fix anti-money-laundering problems and report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions on time. According to Treasury, more than $1 billion of that activity involved potential national security threats and other high-priority risks, including suspected Chinese money laundering networks and illicit finance tied to the southwest border. FinCEN imposed a $1.2 billion penalty, the third largest in Treasury history, while Treasury separately announced an $11.6 million settlement over apparent sanctions violations.
