Are we crazy? 🤯
Sometimes we genuinely wonder.
Opening a plant-based restaurant in Edinburgh. In 2026. With only 20 seats.
We are honest. We’re scared.
What if no one wants to come?
What if we’ve completely misjudged this?
What if we put everything into creating something we believe in… and people just don’t care?
But then again, what if they do?
The plan is actually very simple:
🌙 3 nights a week.
🪑 20 seats.
🍽 5 courses.
🌱 One menu.
A room full of people who are curious enough to try something different.
We don’t know exactly what’s going to happen.
And that’s probably the scariest and most exciting part.
So… we’re doing it anyway.
